Payment:
Our normal trading terms are C.O.D or credit may be given, up to 30 days nett, subject to credit checks and agreement with the company. New accounts are subject to proforma invoice unless by prior arrangement.
We accept payment by cash, cheque, bankers draft, Bacs & credit/debit card (fee chargeable for credit card payment).

Represented cheques:
A charge of £20.00 will be made for any cheques returned or represented. We also reserve the right to charge interest of 5% above the bank of England base rate per annum and all other charges accrued on all overdue accounts.
Damages or shortages:
All damages or shortages must be notified to the company within two working days of delivery or collection. Fadulla Ltd cannot accept responsibility after this period.
Minimum order:
Please contact us for minimum order value for free delivery. Orders below the minimum order value are subject to a £10 carriage surcharge. Collections from the company’s warehouse can be arranged - please give reasonable notice for the picking of orders.
Retention of title:
All goods remain the property of Fadulla Ltd until all invoices or outstanding balances are paid in full.
Alterations:
Fadulla Ltd reserve the right to amend pack quantities, product colours, assortment mixes, packaging or prices if necessary without prior notice.
Loss of profits:
Fadulla Ltd cannot accept any liability for loss of profits or damages resulting from non-delivery of ordered products due to items being out of stock, transportation problems or any other circumstances.
Returned Goods:
A handling fee of 20% of the product value (plus carriage at cost) will be charged to customers accounts for ordered goods returned through no error by Fadulla Ltd.
VAT:
All prices quoted are correct at the time of print and are subject to vat at the standard rate where applicable.
